I have to say that if it wasn't for this app, I'd stay with OS 9 and do my unix-y work remotely. I've suggested to the
author to include the option of fast-toggling between the top 2 apps (similar to GoMacs) with the full smorgasboard still
available. This would speed use considerably. It looks like PowerOn, on the other hand, is dragging their feet on porting
GoMacs to OS X . (http://www.poweronsoftware.com/support/compat.asp). No matter. ASM is almost perfect.

Why would you need GoMac.. it does the same thing as the Dock?
Personally I never even use the App menu in OS 9, I use DragThing or just tear off the menu and use the floating pallet. I find it much easier to move down to the Dock then way up in the right corner. Or just Com-Tab. Just my opinion.

Go into ASM's preferences panel (which is also available from the System preferences panel). Take a look in Menu Settings | Special Items | Show & Hide Items. Check the 'Hide All' option and close.

Hide All will now be one of the items at the top of the ASM menu, and a revealed desktop will always be a mouse gesture away.
